Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Certain items such as innerwear, customized products, or sale items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof images/videos.

- Unboxing video (if available)
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
